Setting up multiple screens with Linux is not quite as simple as either Windows or Mac, but it is not exactly difficult – just the typical Linux approach.

Former TA Saed made a video on how to use the 3-D printers in Lab 335.
Each printer has a Raspberry Pi attached to it via USB. These Pis are running an OctoPrint web server which is only accessible via the Skynet WiFi.

Lab 208 features a Vicon Motion Capture system. This system utilizes eight cameras mounted upon a 21x21ft truss assembly that is 9.5 feet tall (outside dimensions) with a sub-millimeter-accurate triangulator locating system.

The various CSE Labs are not set up 100% identically with tool sets yet. If tools are borrowed between labs, please put them back where they belong so that others may find them.
Below is a list of the types of tools that we have available, and where you may find them.
High-Power DC Power Supplies
The lab has accumulated a small supply of high power DC power supplies over time. While useful for high power projects, they must be checked out from the Lab Coordinator to ensure that the AC side of the power supply is wired properly and that all safety precautions are met.
Note that some items may not be available if they’ve been checked out already.

There are three models of DC Power Supplies available for use in the SD Labs:
